300gm - Pure vegetable glycerine

120gm - (Almond oil, Mineral oil, vitamin e, jojoba oil, Argan oil, Avocado oil, all mixed) 

6gm - aloevera gel powder

 (to make 900gm Aloevera gel Base) 

5gm - thickner liquid (to thicken Aloeveral gel) 

1gm - preservative (to preserve shelf life) 

15gm - bees wax (to make 180gm cream base  for smooth creamy texture)

10gm - Honey Almond Perfume

1.5KG बॉडी लोशन कैसे बनाएं:  निर्माण और प्रक्रिया

STEP 1. सबसे पहले, क्रीम बेस बनाएँ। एक स्टील के बर्तन में 15 ग्राम मोम और 165  ग्राम आर.ओ. पानी डालें और गैस पर तब तक गरम करें जब तक यह पूरी तरह पिघल न जाए। ठंडा होने पर इसे मिलाएँ। ठंडा होने पर यह गाढ़ा होने लगेगा। बीच-बीच में चलाते रहें, वरना यह ऊपर एक परत बना लेगा। इसे 1 घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें।

STEP 2. दूसरे चरण में, एलोवेरा जेल बेस बनाएँ। इसके लिए, 1 किलो की बाल्टी लें और उसमें 900 ग्राम आर.ओ. पानी डालें। 6 ग्राम ग्वारपाठा एक्सट्रेक्ट पाउडर डालें। इसे हैंड ब्लेंडर से तब तक ब्लेंड करें जब तक पाउडर पूरी तरह घुल न जाए।

STEP 3 . तीसरे चरण में, 1 ग्राम प्रिजर्वेटिव पाउडर को थोड़े से पानी में मिलाकर घोल बनाएँ और इसे एलोवेरा जेल बेस में मिलाएँ जिससे आपके उत्पाद की शेल्फ लाइफ बढ़ जाती है।

STEP 4. चौथे चरण में, इस एलोवेरा जेल बेस में 5 ग्राम गाढ़ा करने वाला लिक्विड डालें और इसे तब तक मिलाएँ जब तक यह गाढ़ा न हो जाए। अब बेस तैयार है।

STEP 5. पांचवें चरण में, दोनों क्रीम बेस को इस एलोवेरा जेल बेस के साथ हैंड ब्लेंडर या स्टरर से मिलाएँ।

STEP 6. छठे चरण में, इस क्रीम और एलोवेरा जेल बेस में 300 ग्राम ग्लिसरीन और 120 ग्राम मिनरल ऑयल मिलाएँ। 5-10 मिनट तक स्टरर से अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ।

STEP 7. अंतिम चरण में, 10 ग्राम हनी परफ्यूम मिलाएँ।
