875gm - R.O. Water Required 2.5kg Antiseptic Moisturizing Cream How to Make: STEP 1 - First, prepare the Water Phase in a stainless steel container. Add: 175 gm – Glycerin, 875 gm – RO Water, 5 gm – Preservative Now heat this entire mixture. Heat it well until steam appears; this ensures the water phase is perfectly prepared. STEP 2 — Melt the Oil Phase. Now prepare the Oil Phase in a clean stainless steel vessel. Add: 1kg Mineral Oil, 200 gm Paraffin Wax, 100 gm Microcrystalline Wax, 125 gm Emulsifying Wax. Slowly melt all these ingredients over a low flame. Mix until the entire blend becomes a smooth oil. Now add 15gm Boric Acid. Allow it to dissolve completely in the oil. Complete dissolution of Boric Acid is essential, as it provides the cream with its soothing and antiseptic qualities. Once everything is melted and becomes a glass-like oil, turn off the gas. Your Oil Phase is ready. STEP 3 — Emulsification (Making the Cream) Now the most important step. When both phases are equally warm— Slowly add the Water Phase to the Oil Phase and mix at high speed simultaneously. This is where the cream's thickness, stability, and smoothness are determined. When the mixture becomes milky white and starts to thicken, you know the emulsification is perfect. Now let it cool while continuing to mix. We have used a double cooling method, which allows the cream to set quickly and achieve a soft, rich texture. STEP 4 — Adding Perfume. Once the cream is completely cool (very important—perfume evaporates in hot cream), add: 25 gm Borobliss Perfume. Mix well. STEP 5 — Filling + Packaging. Now fill the cream into 25 gm containers. Apply the labels. After 30-60 minutes, the balm will set and become thick and smooth. Once completely cooled, put on the lids. Your Antiseptic Moisturizing Cream is now ready! 2.5kg Antiseptic Moisturising Cream कैसे बनाएं: निर्माण और प्रक्रिया STEP 1- सबसे पहले एक स्टील के बर्तन में बनाएंगे Water Phase। इसमें डालें: 175 gm – Glycerine , 75gm – R.O. Water, 1 g – Preservative अब इस पूरे मिश्रण को गर्म करें।भाप आने तक इसे अच्छे से heat करना है, तब water phase perfect तैयार होता है। STEP 2 — Oil Phase को Melt करें अब एक साफ स्टील के vessel में तैयार करेंगे Oil Phase। इसमें डालें: 200gm Mineral Oil , 40gm P.Wax, 20gm M.Wax, 25gm E.Wax | इन सभी ingredients को low flame पर धीरे-धीरे melt करें। Mix तब तक करें जब तक पूरा blend smooth oil form में न आ जाए। अब इसमें डालें: 3gm Boric Acid | इसे अच्छी तरह oil में dissolve होने दें। Boric Acid को पूरी तरह घुलना जरूरी है, क्योंकि यही cream को soothing + antiseptic quality देता है। जब सबकुछ melt होकर glass-like oil बन जाए,gas बंद कर दें।आपका Oil Phase तैयार है। STEP 3 — Emulsification (Cream बनाना) अब सबसे important step। जब दोनों phases बराबर गर्म हों— Water Phase को धीरे-धीरे Oil Phase में डालें | और साथ में high-speed mixing करें। यहीं पर cream की thickness, stability और smoothness decide होती है। मिश्रण जब: Milky white हो जाए , Thick होने लगे समझ जाइए, emulsification perfect है। अब इसे mix करते-करते ठंडा होने दें। हमने double cooling method use किया है, जिससे cream जल्दी सेट होकर soft, rich texture में आ जाती है। STEP 4 — Perfume Add करना जब cream पूरी तरह ठंडी हो जाए (बहुत जरूरी—गर्म cream में perfume उड़ जाता है) तब इसमें डालें: 5gm Borobliss Perfume अच्छे से mix करें। STEP 5 — Filling + Packaging अब cream को 25gm containers में भर दें। Labels लगा दें। 30-60 मिनट बाद balm set होकर thick और smooth हो जाएगा। पूरी तरह ठंडा होने के बाद lids लगा दें। अब आपका Antiseptic Moisturising Cream ready है!”
