कैसे बनाएं: निर्माण और प्रक्रिया

1. सबसे पहले, क्रीम बेस बनाएँ। एक स्टील के बर्तन में 80 ग्राम मोम और 400 ग्राम आर.ओ. पानी डालें और गैस पर तब तक गरम करें जब तक यह पूरी तरह पिघल न जाए। ठंडा होने पर इसे मिलाएँ। ठंडा होने पर यह गाढ़ा होने लगेगा। बीच-बीच में चलाते रहें, वरना यह ऊपर एक परत बना लेगा। इसे 1 घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें।

2. दूसरे चरण में, एलोवेरा जेल बेस बनाएँ। इसके लिए, 1 किलो की बाल्टी लें और उसमें 300 ग्राम आर.ओ. पानी डालें। 2 ग्राम ग्वारपाठा एक्सट्रेक्ट पाउडर डालें। इसे हैंड ब्लेंडर से तब तक ब्लेंड करें जब तक पाउडर पूरी तरह घुल न जाए।

3. तीसरे चरण में, 1 ग्राम प्रिजर्वेटिव पाउडर को थोड़े से पानी में मिलाकर घोल बनाएँ और इसे एलोवेरा जेल बेस में मिलाएँ जिससे आपके उत्पाद की शेल्फ लाइफ बढ़ जाती है।

4. चौथे चरण में, इस एलोवेरा जेल बेस में 2 ग्राम गाढ़ा करने वाला लिक्विड डालें और इसे तब तक मिलाएँ जब तक यह गाढ़ा न हो जाए। अब बेस तैयार है।

5. पांचवे चरण में, दोनों क्रीम बेस को इस एलोवेरा जेल बेस के साथ हैंड ब्लेंडर या स्टरर से मिलाएँ।
सातवें चरण में, इस क्रीम और एलोवेरा जेल बेस में 200 ग्राम ग्लिसरीन मिलाएँ। 5-10 मिनट तक स्टरर से अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ।

6. अंतिम चरण में, 10 ग्राम परफ्यूम मिलाएँ।

How to Make 1kg: 

1. First, prepare the cream base. In a stainless steel pot, combine 80 grams of beeswax and 400 grams of RO water and heat it on the stove until the beeswax is completely melted. Stir it as it cools. It will start to thicken as it cools. Stir occasionally, otherwise a layer will form on top. Let it sit for 1 hour.

2. In the second step, create the aloe vera gel base. For this, take a 1 kg bucket and add 300 grams of RO water. Add 2 grams of aloe vera extract powder. Blend it with a hand blender until the powder is completely dissolved.

3. In the third step, dissolve 1 gram of preservative powder in a small amount of water and add it to the aloe vera gel base. This increases the shelf life of your product.

4. In the fourth step, add 2 grams of thickening liquid to this aloe vera gel base and mix until it thickens. The base is now ready.

5. In the fifth step, combine both cream bases with this aloe vera gel base using a hand blender or stirrer.

In the seventh step, add 200 grams of glycerin to this cream and aloe vera gel base. Mix well with a stirrer for 5-10 minutes.

6. In the final step, add 10 grams of perfume.
