1. 2kg - Pure vegetable glycerine 2. 800ml - (Almond oil, Mineral oil, vitamin e, jojoba oil, Argan oil, Avocado oil, all mixed) 3. 40gm - aloevera gel powder (to make 6kg Aloevera gel Base) 4. 25gm - thickner liquid (to thicken Aloeveral gel) 5. 5gm - preservative (to preserve shelf life) 6. 100gm - bees wax (to make 1.2kg cream base for smooth creamy texture) 7. 20ml - Honey Almond Perfume 8. 5ml - Honey (food color) Total R.O. Water Required - 7.2 Kg

How to make body lotion : Formulation & process

1. First of all, Let’s Make Cream base. Put 100gm bees wax in a Steel pan with 1100gm R.O. water and heat it on the gas until it melts completely. Mix it while letting it cool. As it cools, it will begin to thicken. Be careful to stir occasionally, or it will form a layer on the top. Leave it for 2-3 hours.

2. In the second step, Let’s make Aloevera gel base, for that, take a 10kg capacity bucket and put 6kg R.O. Water in it. Add 40gm Gwarpatha extract powder. Blend it with a hand blender until the powder is completely dissolved.

3. In the third step, mix 5gm of preservative powder with a little water to make a solution and add this to aloevera gel base which extends the shelf life of your product.

4. In the fourth step, add 25gm of thickener liquid into this aloevera gel base and mix it untill it becomes thick. Now the base is ready.

5. In the Fifth step, Mix both cream base with this aloevera gel base with a hand blender or stirrer.

6. In the Sixth step, Add 2 kg of glycerin, & 800 ml of mineral oil in this cream & aloevera gel base. Mix thoroughly with stirrer for 15-20 Minutes.

7. In the final step, add 20 ml of perfume, & 5ml honey color Done.

(Your Professional Long Lasting Body Lotion Moisturiser is ready.) बॉडी लोशन कैसे बनाएं: फ़ॉर्मूला और प्रोसेस 1. सबसे पहले, क्रीम बेस बनाते हैं। एक स्टील के पैन में 100 ग्राम बीज़ वैक्स और 1100 ग्राम R.O. पानी डालें और गैस पर तब तक गर्म करें जब तक यह पूरी तरह पिघल न जाए। इसे ठंडा होने दें और साथ में मिलाते रहें। जैसे-जैसे यह ठंडा होगा, यह गाढ़ा होने लगेगा। ध्यान रखें कि इसे बीच-बीच में चलाते रहें, नहीं तो ऊपर एक परत बन जाएगी। इसे 2-3 घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें। 2. दूसरे स्टेप में, एलोवेरा जेल बेस बनाते हैं, इसके लिए, 10 किलो क्षमता की एक बाल्टी लें और उसमें 6 किलो R.O. पानी डालें। 40 ग्राम ग्वारपाठा एक्सट्रैक्ट पाउडर डालें। इसे हैंड ब्लेंडर से तब तक ब्लेंड करें जब तक पाउडर पूरी तरह घुल न जाए। 3. तीसरे स्टेप में, 5 ग्राम प्रिजर्वेटिव पाउडर को थोड़े से पानी में मिलाकर घोल बनाएं और इसे एलोवेरा जेल बेस में डालें, जिससे आपके प्रोडक्ट की शेल्फ लाइफ बढ़ जाएगी। 4. चौथे स्टेप में, इस एलोवेरा जेल बेस में 25 ग्राम थिकनर लिक्विड डालें और तब तक मिलाएं जब तक यह गाढ़ा न हो जाए। अब बेस तैयार है। 5. पांचवें स्टेप में, दोनों क्रीम बेस को इस एलोवेरा जेल बेस के साथ हैंड ब्लेंडर या स्टिरर से मिलाएं। 6. छठे स्टेप में, इस क्रीम और एलोवेरा जेल बेस में 2 किलो ग्लिसरीन और 800 मिली मिनरल ऑयल डालें। इसे स्टिरर से 15-20 मिनट तक अच्छी तरह मिलाएं। 7. आखिरी स्टेप में, 20 मिली परफ्यूम और 5 मिली शहद का रंग डालें। हो गया। (आपका प्रोफेशनल लॉन्ग लास्टिंग बॉडी लोशन मॉइस्चराइज़र तैयार है।)
