How To Make Loofha Soap Process :-

1️⃣ Loofah Preparation 
First, cut the natural loofah into round pieces and place them in the center of the mold.
➡ The loofah should be slightly smaller than the mold so that the soap can take on the perfect shape.

2️⃣ Soap Base Melting
Now, cut the melt and pour soap base into small cubes and melt it in a steel container or double boiler over low heat.
➡ Remember – do not boil the soap base, only melt it.

3️⃣ Add Ingredients
After melting, turn off the heat and add: 3–5 drops of essential oil, skin-safe fragrance, and a light cosmetic-grade color.
➡ Mix well, but do not stir too vigorously – to prevent bubbles from forming.

4️⃣ Pour On Loofah
Now, slowly pour the liquid soap into the mold where the loofah is placed – ensure the loofah is completely covered with soap.
➡ If bubbles appear on the surface, spray with alcohol – this will create a smooth surface.

5️⃣ Cooling & Demoulding
Let the soap set at room temperature for 2–3 hours. Once fully set, carefully remove it from the mold.

6️⃣ Packaging & Branding
The soap is made market-ready by shrink wrap packaging or butter paper wrapping with a label.

लूफ़ा साबुन बनाने का तरीका :-

1️⃣ लूफ़ा की तैयारी
सबसे पहले, नेचुरल लूफ़ा को गोल टुकड़ों में काट लें और उन्हें मोल्ड के बीच में रखें।
➡ लूफ़ा मोल्ड से थोड़ा छोटा होना चाहिए ताकि साबुन सही आकार ले सके।

2️⃣ सोप बेस पिघलाना
अब, मेल्ट एंड पोर सोप बेस को छोटे क्यूब्स में काट लें और इसे स्टील के बर्तन या डबल बॉयलर में धीमी आंच पर पिघलाएं।
➡ याद रखें – सोप बेस को उबालें नहीं, सिर्फ़ पिघलाएं।

3️⃣ सामग्री मिलाना
पिघलने के बाद, आंच बंद कर दें और इसमें डालें: 3–5 बूंदें एसेंशियल ऑयल, स्किन-सेफ़ खुशबू, और हल्का कॉस्मेटिक-ग्रेड रंग।
➡ अच्छी तरह मिलाएं, लेकिन बहुत तेज़ी से न हिलाएं – ताकि बुलबुले न बनें।

4️⃣ लूफ़ा पर डालना
अब, लिक्विड साबुन को धीरे-धीरे मोल्ड में डालें जहाँ लूफ़ा रखा है – पक्का करें कि लूफ़ा पूरी तरह से साबुन से ढक जाए।
➡ अगर सतह पर बुलबुले दिखें, तो अल्कोहल स्प्रे करें – इससे सतह चिकनी हो जाएगी।

5️⃣ ठंडा करना और मोल्ड से निकालना
साबुन को कमरे के तापमान पर 2–3 घंटे के लिए जमने दें। पूरी तरह जमने के बाद, इसे सावधानी से मोल्ड से निकाल लें।

6️⃣ पैकेजिंग और ब्रांडिंग
साबुन को श्रिंक रैप पैकेजिंग या बटर पेपर रैपिंग और लेबल लगाकर बाज़ार के लिए तैयार किया जाता है।
